We are honored to have former Washington State Representative Norma Smith serve as the chair of the JCDREAM Board. Norma is the visionary behind the bill that established JCDREAM, so her dedication to the mission is laser-focused. Smith represented the 10th Legislative District from 2008 to 2021. Norma’s professional experience includes work in the private and non-profit sectors providing operational and communications expertise. For six years, she worked as Special Assistant to Congressman Jack Metcalf. She successfully built bipartisan congressional support on issues important to our military members and veterans.
